Ammo repetitorlikni maktabda o\u2019qiyotganimdayoq, 12-13 yoshlarimda boshlaganman. Maktabda yaxshi o\u2019qirdim va rus tili hamda adabiyot bo\u2019yicha olimpiadalarda muntazam qatnashar edim. Bilimga bo\u2019lgan ishtiyoqim tufayli ilk maoshimni boshlang\u2019ich va yuqori sinf o\u2019quvchilarini o\u2019qitish orqali topa boshladim. Shuning uchun ilk imkoniyat paydo bo\u2019lishi bilan o\u2019quv markazida ishga joylashdim. Deyarli hamma nufuzli universitetlarni tanlaydi va unda katta tanlov bo\u2019ladi.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bunday natijalarga qanday erishiladi?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Barcha dasturlarimiz O\u2019zbekiston Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasi huzuridagi Davlat test markazi (DTM) standartlari bo\u2019yicha tuziladi. Shuning uchun o\u2019quvchilarimiz kirish imtihonlarida ularni nimalar kutib turganini oldindan bilishadi, ular uchun kutilmagan savollar bo\u2019lmaydi. Bunga erishish uchun markazimiz eng yaxshi o\u2019qituvchilarni yollaydi. Bu yerda ishlash uchun magistrlik darajasini olish va maxsus DTM treninglaridan o\u2019tish kerak. Agar milliy sertifikat haqida gap ketsa, universitetda o\u2019rganiladigan mavzular bo\u2019yicha bilimlar ham kerak bo\u2019ladi.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kursdagi dars o\u2019tish usuli va maktabdagi usul o\u2019rtasida qanday farq bor?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Biz o\u2019quvchilarimizni alohida dastur bo\u2019yicha o\u2019qitamiz. U DTM standartlari bo\u2019yicha va O\u2019zbekiston hamda xorijiy oliy o\u2019quv yurtlariga kirish uchun maxsus ishlab chiqilgan. Shuningdek, o\u2019quvchilarga qo\u2019shimcha murabbiylar biriktiriladi, ular o\u2019tgan mavzularni qayta ko\u2019rib chiqishlari, mustahkamlashlari yoki uy vazifalarini bajarishlariga yordam beradilar.<\/p>\n<p>Albatta, biz o\u2019quvchilarning materialni qanchalik yaxshi o\u2019zlashtirganlarini kuzatib boramiz. Asosiy darslar haftada ikki marta o\u2019tkaziladi, qo\u2019shimcha mashg\u2019ulotlar esa haftada 3-5 marta bo\u2019lib o\u2019tadi.<\/p>\n<p>Guruhda 15-18 nafar o\u2019quvchi bo\u2019ladi. Bu odatdagi maktab sinflariga nisbatan ikki barobar kam. Yil davomida menda 60 dan ortiq o\u2019quvchi bo\u2019lishi mumkin.<\/p>\n<p>Bizda onlayn darslar ham mavjud. Ularni uyda turib o\u2019qishni afzal ko\u2019radiganlar yoki boshqa shaharlar va mamlakatlardagi bolalar uchun mo\u2019ljallangan.<\/p>\n<p><b>Darslar qanday o\u2019tadi?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Har bir o\u2019qituvchi dars o\u2019tish uslubini o\u2019zi tanlaydi. Men o\u2019z darslarimda, xususan, adabiyot fanidan, analitik usuldan foydalanaman. Pandemiya davomida biz o\u2019quvchilar ishtiyoq bilan mashg\u2019ulotlarga qatnashishsa, yaxshi natijalarga erishish mumkinligini isbotladik.<\/p>\n<p><b>O\u2019quvchilaringizda ko\u2019pincha qiyinchiliklar yuzaga keladigan mavzular bormi?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Agar rus tilini oladigan bo\u2019lsak, ko\u2019pincha tub almashadigan unli tovushlar va alohida ajratiladigan jumlalar bilan bog\u2019liq qiyinchiliklar uchraydi. Adabiyot darslarida esa o\u2019quvchilar uchun bir badiiy yo\u2019nalishni boshqasidan ajratib olish doim ham oson emas. Ba\u2019zi badiiy obrazlar borki, ular har qanday asarning asosini tashkil qiladi va ularni topish hamda klassifikatsiya qilishda qiyinchiliklar tug\u2019ilishi mumkin.
